Keith is a former Brand Director for the billion dollar fitness company, Beachbody. He was featured in the P90X3 program and you’ll frequently see him modeling the “finisher t-shirts” in the fitness guides that accompany the workout programs. Keith is also a movement & nutrition coach and one hell of a motivator!
