Episode 065 – Upgrade Your Life with Keith Queen

Keith is a former Brand Director for the billion dollar fitness company, Beachbody. He was featured in the P90X3 program and you’ll frequently see him modeling the “finisher t-shirts” in the fitness guides that accompany the workout programs. Keith is also a movement & nutrition coach and one hell of a motivator! We bounce around to several topics in this one, but it was a solid conversation about making the most of our lives as humans and we can’t wait to get Keith back on the podcast.

Loved that you share how you want to better yourselves for your kids. I’ve recalled my father going to the gym faithfully after work for many years . We re talking over 30 years ago which was not as popular and to this day, now today a grandfather who loves to do martial arts and take the kids to the park! I’m about his age today and starting to take my health to heart . My dad has contributed enormously to this !! It’s all about paving the way for the next generation to follow !!! It really does make a difference , and seriously how cool is it to be asking dad , who’s now close to retirement about anything from fitness , setting goals , and challenges #leadbyexemple!! Thx for sharing guys!

Awesome! Great to hear that you have been impacted by your father’s habits and it is contributing to your own outlook on health and fitness. I am certain that your actions will impact your own children in the same way. Thanks for sharing!
