    • 30-40 grams/day for women
    • 40-50 grams/day for men
  • Fruits and Veggies
  • Know Your Fats
  • Be Flexible
  • Stick to Nutrient Dense Foods & Avoid Calorically Dense Foods
  • Plan Ahead
  • Track It
