Episode 052 – Fit Men Movement Founder – Chris Coburn

In this episode, we interview one of the Fit Men Movement founders; Chris Coburn. A few episodes back, we interviewed Jared and this time around Chris is here to share his story. You’ll learn about how Chris got his not so glamorous start in fitness and how he continues to be a student on the nutritional side of things.

Chris Coburn – a husband, father, coach, Your Fitness Path Founder, health and fitness expert. Chris found himself in place like many. He had worked hard in life, started a family, but s ll knew he could do more to take care of himself. He was one of those “has been” high-school athletes that fell vic m to apathy in physical activity and overindulgence at the dinner table. While he wasn’t obese, or THAT overweight, he certainly did not consider himself to be in shape. Deep down he was embarrassed of his outward appearance and his personal confidence reflected it.

Fortunately he decided to make a change! Through working out at home and learning how important proper nutrition was to his results, Chris transformed his body and who he was as a father and husband.

Chris took his passion and began to pour it into coaching others to the same life changing results he had experienced. Chris lives in Indiana with his beautiful wife Debbie and 4 children.
